I love seeing progress again at our house!!!!! This week has been all about installing stone on our front entry. We had the stucco on the house done about 5 months ago. We got a smooth stucco put on the whole house except the front entry. The plan has always been to put a nice split face stone around the entry but I didn't realize it was going to take us 5 months to get around to it. I always notice the confused look on peoples face when the walk to our front door and can't figure out why the house looks so smooth and nice but this one area is all rough and unfinished. Yesterday they finished putting the stone up in the front. It still needs to be grouted but OMG it makes a crazy difference. Fireplace, we are coming for you next! I still look around and can't believe we did all this work and that this is actually our home........
