One of the things I love about our new house is how it opens to the backyard. Our last house had ZERO flow and you would have to walk through a bedroom to get to the yard....hated it!!!! This house both the living room and the master bedroom open to the backyard. We were so luck to get LaCantina sliding door systems put in each room. Only issue is that our wall of hedges in the back is not 100% grown in yet. So our neighbor with a two story house can see inside our house in certain areas. Since the windows are so beautiful and we only need temporary coverings we didn't want to pay a zillion dollars for window coverings we wouldn't really like anyway. No judgement.....for the last 3 months we have been living with the painters plastic still covering all the windows. It looked horrible. The other day the hubby suggested a cheap temporary solution and we went with it. We bought a bunch of frosted window film and went to town. We did a bit of a modern design since the windows are so big and we didn't want to have seam lines. Might not be a high end choice but it fit the budget and will do the trick in the short term.............
