12 People Killed in a Shooting at a Bar in Thousand Oaks

Twelve people were killed at a bar in California last night, when a gunman opened fire at the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, California, north of Los Angeles, during a college country night featuring line dancing.  The gunman took his own life, and there's no motive yet.  One of the dead includes a sheriff's deputy of 29 years who respondend to the shooting, and was about to retire.  Here are two witnesses describing in graphic and emotional detail how the gunman shot the bouncer, threw smoke grenades, and shot the cashier.  Early reports say he was wearing all black, wearing a trench coat, a mask covering the lower half of his face, and used a semi-automatic handgun.

Super sad to read about this this morning. Be good to each other.
