Pre-COVID my girlfriend won at a charity auction "a session of art and healing". What does that mean???? Turns out it means art projects, meditation and sound bath. But due to COVID my friend had not been able to schedule the session yet. The teacher recently reached out and asked if my friend and her crew would like to be her first ever virtual session. We chatted and decided to do it. Three of us were at one house, one was at her house and then the teacher was at her place and we were all on Zoom. We started with some meditation to clear our heads. We were all given blank cards and designed a card with inspirational words mix in the design. Not sure if it was part of the program but we mixed in some mimosas for inspiration. Then she busted out her sound bath bowls and we meditated to that. It was different but I enjoyed it and look forward to hopefully the in-person session someday...........
